How do I return an item?

Please contact customer service 800-999-7845 or email at 4TapeService@gmail.com with copied wghome@netscape.com for more information on returning an item for credit, repair, or exchange. We have a 25% restocking fee on all items returned (NOTE: electronic parts and used tape are non-returnable unless approved so)- freight is also not included. We recommend contacting us for a tape sample mailed for testing on your product end use prior purchasing if you are not familiar with our products. Electronic machine parts are non-returnable but you may send most parts in for testing and repair. Thank you.
