We have a 25% restocking fee on all items returned (NOTE: electronic parts and used tape are non-returnable unless approved so)- freight is also not included on refunds. We no longer provide free samples so recommend ordering one rolls for testing on your product end use prior purchasing larger quantities if you are not familiar with our products. Electronic machine parts are non-returnable but you may send most parts in for testing and repair. Thank you.
